My stay was very good with zero customer service. The staff were professional and outstandingly helpful too. I got complimentary double room with 2 balconies as an upgrade, nice gesture. A microwave, an electric kettle, and fridges were a huge plus. The pool area was lovely and the location was perfect, short walk to where there is a completely different climate, a convenient Dive Shop at the bottom of the stairs and airport.

Every time in Mellieha we stay in this hotel. The deluxe apartment is brand-new and has a kitchen, a living area, and a storage space. The breakfast options are warm with a GREAT view and the usual continental style offerings, as example.
